The Memory Post

1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember! If we're only blogging friends, write about a post that is the most memorable for you.

2. Next, if you feel so inclined, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll be sure to write one about you...!

3. If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. ☺ And please do this on your page, too, so we can all share in the fun times together. :)

I appreciate your willingness to help me out with my kids and for offering to babysit the whole time you've been in the family. I also appreciate your husband and the help he gives to us especially Bob

This will be fun...

So Nikki and I used to do sleepovers and we would share her waterbed. One night it was really, really cold and we used a heating blanket on the bed. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt the bed wet. I thought to myself, did I wet the bed? I checked and figured out I didn't and as I was moving Nikki woke up and I told her that her bed got wet somehow. I asked her if there was a leak in it and she was pretty sure that there wasn't. We took awhile to figure out that there was condensation build up from the heat from the blanket and the water in the bed. Silly us. I am just glad that we both have brains...as well as beauty, but that is another story, just as the balancing M&M act and the dancing in the street and the unforgetable night working at the theater showing people to their seats before watching "Forever Plaid." There are many more, but these are some of my favorites. Thanks Nikki!

We were about 5 or 6 years old. And after taking a bath together you stood naked in the bathroom mirror and brushed your hair. I picked up your naked baby doll, which had also taken a bath with us, and began making her do a naked song and dance in the mirror. You took your hair brush, whacked me on top of the head and said “Stop being stupid”. And so I did. That honestly is my most vivid memory of you. (P.S. We’re cousins.)
